LLEXX is a newly developed, modular building that can be set up quickly using prefabricated elements.
It is an innovative and aesthetic concept designed in wood and steel, which can be used for multiple applications in a multifunctional manner (classrooms, offices, etc.).
LLEXX stands for Longlife, Luxurious, Ecological, fleXible and eXpress. Hahbo hopes that this building will help ease the shortage of classrooms in education. It is a perfect alternative to the well-known classroom container. Compared with the standard container, the LLEXX prefab construction system is unique in the market and of its kind. A LLEXX building will have a long service life thanks to its high quality materials and clever construction process. The external structure is made of steel sections and fittings. The wall is constructed from standardised, double wall elements filled with thick, cellulose insulation. The outer wall is clad in thermo Ayous wood, interspersed with steel section. The inside walls can be altered to suit changing needs.
